We are currently looking for a passionate and discreet individual to join us as a:
Retail Sales Associate
What you'll be doing:
• Providing exceptional customer service in a non-judgmental and respectful manner.
• Educating customers on our diverse range of products, including toys, lingerie, lubricants, and novelties.
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Processing and stocking new inventory.
• Creating a positive, welcoming, and safe atmosphere for all customers.
What we're looking for:
• Discretion and Professionalism: Absolute respect for customer privacy and confidentiality is non-negotiable.
• Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in the products we sell and a comfortable, positive attitude towards adult sexuality.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to listen and offer helpful, informative advice.
• Retail Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends and have own transport to & from the shop.
Punctual: Be at least 5 minutes early, it takes time to open up the business or get handover notes from the other staff.
